인사이트 랩은 로바토에듀의 연구 중심이자, 모든 맞춤형 학습 설계의 출발점입니다. 아이 한 명 한 명의 성향, 사고 패턴, 감정의 흐름을 세밀하게 읽어내며 그 아이만의 학습 여정을 설계합니다. IEP(개별 학습 설계)와 SEL(사회·정서 학습)을 기반으로, 아이의 강점과 과제를 함께 바라보며 지적 성장과 정서적 성숙이 균형 있게 이루어지도록 돕습니다.
인사이트 랩의 역할은 단순한 진단이 아닙니다. 데이터 너머의 ‘의미’를 발견하고, 수업 속에서 드러나는 작은 변화와 가능성을 연결해 아이의 성장 곡선을 입체적으로 설계합니다.
또한 학부모 컨설팅, 학습 리포트, 러닝 가이드 등을 통해 아이의 배움을 함께 모니터링하며 교육의 방향성을 꾸준히 다듬고 발전시켜 갑니다.
인사이트 랩은 아이를 분석하는 곳이 아니라, 아이의 가능성을 ‘이해하고 발견하는’ 곳입니다.

The Insight Lab is the research core of ROBATO™ EDU and the foundation of every individualized learning design we create. Here, each child’s unique disposition, thinking pattern, and emotional rhythm are carefully observed and interpreted to design a truly personalized learning journey.
Grounded in IEP (Individualized Education Planning) and SEL (Social and Emotional Learning), we take a holistic view of every learner — balancing strengths and challenges - to support both intellectual growth and emotional maturity in harmony.
The work of the Insight Lab goes far beyond assessment. We seek meaning beyond data, connecting subtle patterns of change and possibility to design each child’s developmental curve in a multidimensional way.
Through parent consultations, progress reports, and continuous learning guidance, we closely monitor each student’s growth and refine the direction of their education over time.
