• Structure: Year-round progress tracking, goal setting, and differentiated instruction tailored to each learner
• 구조: 연중 학습 진도 관리와 목표 설정을 기반으로, 각 학생의 수준과 속도에 맞춘 개별화 수업진행

a) In-House Day Labs

인하우스 데이 랩

• Start: February 7th, 2026 (Cohort 1 registration starts in January 2026)
• 2026년 2월 7일 (1기 모집예정 2026년1월)
   
• Schedule: Saturdays, 3 hours in-person sessions/Wednesdays, 1 hour online sessions (total 8 sessions)/ 1:1 coaching
• Final Session: Cohort Speech Competition
• 일정: 매주 토요일, 각 3시간 in-person 세션/매주 수요일, 각 1시간 online 세션 (총 8 세션)/1:1 코칭
• 마지막 세션에 코홀트 스피치 대회 진행
   
• Focus: Problem-solving, leadership, design thinking, communication
• 핵심 영역: 문제 해결력, 리더십, 디자인씽킹, 커뮤니케이션 역량
   

b) Global Labs

     글로벌 랩

• Start: August 2026
• 2026년 8월 런칭 예정

• Schedule: Twice a year → Summer (August) & Winter (January)
• 일정: 연 2회 → 여름(8월) & 겨울(1월)
   
• Eligibility: Selected from students who have completed the In-House Day Labs
• 참여 자격: 인하우스 데이 랩 과정을 이수한 학생 중 선발
   
• Focus: International collaboration, applied leadership, global citizenship
• 핵심 영역: 국제 협업, 실천적 리더십, 글로벌 시민의식

Conservatory of Performing Arts (CPA) 

컨서버토리 오브 퍼포밍아트

a) Private Lessons (Piano, Flute, Vocal/Musical Prep)

    개인 레슨 (피아노, 플릇, 보컬/뮤지컬프렙)

• Schedule: All year, ongoing and personalized
• 일정: 연중 상시 운영되는 개별 맞춤형 프로그램
   
• Focus: Classical foundations, theory integration (rhythm, solfège, ear training, notation)
• Music history, musical English communication & presentation
• 핵심 영역: 리듬, 솔페주, 청음, 기보법 등을 포함한 클래식 기초 이론 통합
• 음악사, 곡 및 음악 관련 영어 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션
   
• Performance Opportunities: Summer & Winter Concerts (twice a year)
• 정기 공연: 여름·겨울 콘서트(연 2회)
   

b) Musical Production

    뮤지컬

• Start: September 2026
• 2026년 9월 런칭 예정

• Summer Production Group: March – June → Final Performance at end of June
• 여름 시즌 그룹: 3-6월 / 6월 공연
   
• Winter Production Group: September – December → Final Performance at end of December
• 겨울 시즌 그룹: 9-12월 / 12월 공연
   
• Class Frequency: 2 sessions per week, 2 hours each (total 24 classes per season)
• 수업 일정: 2시간 세션 × 매주 2회 (시즌 별 24회 클래스 진행)
