Capstone Kids™ Global

Capstone Kids™는 아이들이 스스로 사고하고, 문제를 발견하며, 의미 있는 해결책을 완성해 나가는 과정을 통해 깊이 있는 성장을 경험하도록 설계된 로바토에듀의 핵심 성장 프로그램입니다.

본 프로그램은 단기 체험형 캠프가 아닌,

사고의 구조를 기르고 → 적용하고 → 완성해 나가는 코호트 기반 성장 여정으로 설계되어 있습니다.

• 오프라인 Day Lab (주 1회, 3시간)
   
• 온라인 Workshop (주 1회, 1시간)
   
• 개별 1:1 Coaching (격주)
   
• 총 8회 Cohort 기반 운영
   
• Final Capstone Pitch & Showcase
   

마지막 세션에서는 Capstone Pitch Presentation을 통해 아이들이 스스로 정리한 사고 과정과 표현력을 발표하며, 성장의 결과를 자신감 있게 공유합니다.

아이들은 협업, 탐구, 토론, 설계, 발표의 과정을 반복하며

지식·사고·실행이 유기적으로 연결되는 깊이 있는 학습을 경험합니다.

초기 단계에서는 Design Thinking과 기업가적 사고의 기본 구조를 이해하며

세상을 관찰하고 질문하는 힘을 기릅니다.

아이들은 자신의 강점과 사고 스타일을 인식하고,

‘문제’를 새롭게 바라보는 관점을 형성합니다.

아이들은 스스로 발견한 문제를 중심으로

사고 프레임을 적용하고, 팀 기반 프로젝트를 발전시킵니다.

이 과정에서 전략적 사고, 협업, 의사결정의 경험을 쌓으며

자신의 아이디어를 구체적인 결과물로 완성해 나갑니다.

마지막 단계에서는 프로젝트의 구조와 메시지를 정교화하고,

자신의 생각을 명확하고 자신감 있게 표현하는 훈련을 합니다.

Final Pitch를 통해 아이들은

사고의 깊이와 표현의 힘을 동시에 보여주는 경험을 하게 됩니다.

Capstone Kids™는 프로그램 종료와 함께 끝나지 않습니다.

모든 학생은

• 공식 수료증(Certificate of Completion)
   
• 개별 성장 리포트 및 사고 기반 피드백
   
• 필요 시 성장 추천 코멘트를 제공받으며,
   

아이의 강점과 성장 경로가 지속적으로 연결될 수 있도록 설계되어 있습니다.

Capstone Kids™는

자신의 삶을 스스로 설계하는 힘을 기르는 여정입니다.

Capstone Kids™ is one of ROBATO™ EDU Inc.’s core developmental programs, designed to help children think independently, identify meaningful problems, and carry ideas through to purposeful completion.

This is not a short-term camp.

It is a cohort-based growth journey that develops thinking structures first, applies them through real projects, and culminates in confident expression.

The program concludes with a Capstone Pitch Presentation, where students present their thinking process and outcomes with clarity and confidence.

Through collaboration, inquiry, discussion, design, and presentation,

students experience learning where knowledge, thinking, and action are meaningfully connected.

Students develop a foundational understanding of Design Thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.

They learn to observe thoughtfully, ask meaningful questions, and recognize their own thinking patterns and strengths.

Students apply thinking frameworks to self-identified problems, working in teams to develop structured solutions.

They build skills in strategic thinking, collaboration, and decision-making while transforming ideas into tangible outcomes.

In the final phase, students refine their project structure and messaging.

They learn how to present ideas clearly, persuasively, and with confidence through the Final Capstone Pitch.

Capstone Kids™ is designed to extend beyond completion.

Each student receives:

• An Official Certificate of Completion
   
• A Personalized Growth & Thinking Report
   
• Optional Recommendation Commentary reflecting strengths and learning trajectory
   

Capstone Kids™ is not about finding the right answers.

It is about developing the ability to design one’s own path with intention, clarity, and confidence.
