Capstone Kids™ Global은 아이들이 스스로 사고하고, 문제를 발견하며, 해결해 나가는 과정을 통해 깊이 있는 성장을 경험하도록 설계된 로바토에듀의 핵심 성장 프로그램 중 하나입니다. 프로그램은 매주 토요일 3시간 오프라인 세션, 매주 수요일 1시간 온라인 세션, 그리고 학생 개개인의 잠재력을 이끄는 1:1 코칭으로 구성된 총 8회 코호트 기반의 구조입니다. 마지막에는 Cohort Speech Competition을 통해 아이들이 배운 표현력과 사고력을 감각적으로 보여줍니다.

아이들은 협업, 탐구, 토론, 발표를 반복하며 지식·창의성·실행력이 자연스럽게 연결되는 다층적인 배움을 경험합니다.

Day Labs에서는 아이들이 손으로 만들고 설계하며, 생각을 구체적인 결과물로 발전시킵니다. 이 과정에서 아이들은:

• 문제를 관찰하고
• 사용자의 관점을 이해하며
• 해결책을 설계하고
• 아이디어를 프로토타입으로 구현하는 힘을 기르게 됩니다.

지속적으로 프로그램을 이수한 학생은 선발을 통해 Fellowship 단계로 진입합니다.

이 단계에서는 더욱 깊은 프로젝트와 도전적 과제를 통해:

• 스스로 목표를 설정하고
• 팀을 이끌며
• 아이디어를 실체화하는 능력을 키우게 됩니다.

최종 단계에서는 글로벌 환경 속에서 실제 문제를 해결하는 국제 프로젝트에 참여합니다. 아이들은 다양한 문화권에서:

• 글로벌 시민성
• 공감 기반 리더십
• 실천적 문제 해결 능력을 익히며 세계를 향한 시야를 넓혀갑니다.

배움을 바라보는 방식 자체를 변화시키는 성장 여정이며, 아이들이 생각하는 힘, 표현하는 자신감, 함께 이끄는 리더십을 갖춘 미래형 Polymath Leaders로 성장하도록 돕습니다.

Capstone Kids Global is one of ROBATO™ EDU’s key developmental pathways - a program designed to help children think independently, identify meaningful problems, and create purposeful solutions.

The experience includes 3-hour Saturday in-person sessions, 1-hour Wednesday online sessions, and personalized 1:1 coaching, culminating in a Cohort Speech Competition where students present their ideas with confidence and clarity.

Through collaboration, inquiry, public speaking, and creative exploration, students develop the essential skills needed to approach the world with curiosity, empathy, and courage.

Children learn through hands-on making, experimentation, and interdisciplinary exploration. They build the capacity to:

• generate and refine ideas
• bring concepts to life through prototypes

The process itself becomes the foundation for deeper learning.

Selected learners progress into the Fellowship, engaging in advanced projects and collaborative challenges that help them:

This stage deepens creative thinking, resilience, and self-driven leadership.

The final stage offers international immersion experiences, where learning expands beyond the classroom. Across diverse cultures, students develop:

as they explore and act on global issues.
